What is the Bongshai Steel 3D configurator?
A free online tool for planning a pre-engineered steel building. You choose the framing system, width, length, bay spacing, roof slope and eave height, add cladding, doors, windows, a lean-to, canopy, crane or mezzanine, and see the building in 3D.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
It is free and needs no account. It runs in your web browser on a computer or a phone.
Does the configurator give me the final design and price?
No. It is a preview for planning. Our engineers prepare the final design for your site and loads, to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) or to American codes, and the price comes in our written quotation.
Which framing systems can I try?
Clear span, multi-span with interior columns, multi-gable and single slope, each with an optional lean-to. The frame geometry follows the pre-engineered building framing systems used in our design software.
What sizes can I set?
Width (span) from 10 to 60 m, length from 25 to 300 m, eave height from 4 to 10 m, and bay spacing of 6, 7.5, 9 or 10 m. You can work in metres or in feet.
Can I save or share my design?
Yes. Save image downloads a picture of the building with its sizes. Get a quote and WhatsApp send the full description of your building to our engineers.
Do you build outside Bangladesh?
We have started exporting. Tell us your country and site when you send the design, and we will quote with sea freight and the design code your project needs.
